Cerner’s collaboration with WELL is a new partnership that aims to unify disjointed communication while enabling patients to text with their providers, using their preferred methods of communication. Tapping into the root EHR, Cerner Millennium®, the collaboration between WELL and the Cerner HealtheLife℠ portal is aimed at helping elevate the patient experience while reducing staff inefficiencies and improving patient adherence at Cerner client locations.
