In addition, WELL Health’s new benefits include free, unlimited access to Ginger, the world’s first integrated mental healthcare system2. Ginger offers confidential mental healthcare through behavioral health coaching via text-based chats, self-guided learning activities and content, and, if needed, video-based therapy and psychiatry. Support is available anytime, anywhere, for a variety of mental health challenges — all from the privacy of a smartphone. 

Ginger’s behavioral health coaches offer personalized support to help overcome life challenges and reach goals. Coaches can help with any issue employees struggle with such as stress, anxiety, depression, issues with work, relationships, sleep, and more.

Fertility Benefits for Family Planning

WELL Health’s new benefits also aim to alleviate the stress of family planning, supporting those employees longing to start a family, today or in the future. Knowing fertility treatments can be costly, WELL Health offers a $10,000 lifetime credit for a variety of diagnostic and treatment services, for each individual on a plan.
